Hello everyone, the dates for divans in March are the 10th, 17th and 24th - all Saturdays. Look forward to meeting and hosting old friends and new. Should you hanker for a particular dish, do let me know it would be my pleasure to try and accomodate your request. Again, I would like to remind you that it is possible to personalize a divan; you can have one for your family or friends on a date and venue of your choice. The menu can be tailor-made too. In India a divan or diwan is a council or assembly of leaders – and sometimes refers to the council chamber itself. It comes from a middle eastern word meaning “bundle of written sheets, small book or collection of poems.”
